Upgrading more then downtown

Many people wonder how I got into real estate at a young age.

Well here’s the story...

I found this foreclosure and bought it. I was only 18 at the time.

This is my first home.

I had to learn how to do electrical, plumbing, drywall, framing and so much more. It was overwhelming to take on such a big project.

This house turned out so much better than I thought. It’s incredible how you can transform a house with your own imagination and hard work.

I love redeeming houses, fixing them up and turning them into beautiful homes.

This was the house that started my obsession. I learned about below market deals, forced appreciation, and of course sweat equity!

Today I’m listing this house for sale. I have a lot of equity in the home and look forward to reinvesting the proceeds in my business.

I’m ready to take my rehabbing business to the next level!
